Here is a recap with additional details.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Video Overview<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer wp-block-heading\" data-section-id=\"k9rgm0\" data-start=\"405\" data-end=\"432\">Design and Materials<\/h3>\r\n<ul data-start=\"434\" data-end=\"580\">\r\n<li data-section-id=\"1j2f8bw\" data-start=\"434\" data-end=\"494\">I used a small cylinder instead of a bucket to save space.<\/li>\r\n<li data-section-id=\"1wbrmfl\" data-start=\"495\" data-end=\"529\">The cyclone body was 3D-printed.<\/li>\r\n<li data-section-id=\"12y9v0j\" data-start=\"530\" data-end=\"580\">The cylinder and hoses came from a 100-yen shop.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3 data-section-id=\"p68gx0\" data-start=\"582\" data-end=\"597\">Assembly<\/h3>\r\n<ul data-start=\"599\" data-end=\"671\">\r\n<li data-section-id=\"1po4gh9\" data-start=\"599\" data-end=\"671\">The video explains how the cyclone works and examines its performance.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3 data-section-id=\"oruh8h\" data-start=\"673\" data-end=\"687\">Results<\/h3>\r\n<ul data-start=\"689\" data-end=\"848\">\r\n<li data-section-id=\"1fp116z\" data-start=\"689\" data-end=\"779\">Too much debris at once caused clogging and prevented separation. Gradual intake worked.<\/li>\r\n<li data-section-id=\"tjpfxp\" data-start=\"780\" data-end=\"848\">Tests with wood chips and fine dust showed a high separation rate.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2>Additional Notes<\/h2>\r\n<p>The prototype had problems. Gaps at the hose connections reduced suction, so I redesigned the parts to account for 3D-printing tolerances. Hose length and routing matter; an overly long hose weakens suction.<\/p>\r\n<p>The collector fits under the workbench, making better use of workspace.<\/p>\r\n<h2>A Request to Viewers<\/h2>\r\n<p>Have an improvement idea or another material you would like tested?
